Based in Cape Town, privately owned and managed since 1991 and employing 17 skilled professionals, Into Africa designs, develops and delivers events for global clients in Southern and East Africa. We recognise the challenges of the emerging events landscape and have designed initiatives to bring real added benefit to event organisers. Into Africa focuses on conference and incentive travel and has an experienced team of consultants who have helped to develop and grow strong business relationships since the business began. Local knowledge and presence ensures that we can offer the best available match to your business needs. Strong buying power means that we can offer competitive rates.

Comprehensive in house systems allow us to plan, control and report cleanly and efficiently and provide us with a strong platform to facilitate clear communications with our partners.

We take risk management seriously. Aside from having the necessary Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances in place, we work closely with our suppliers regarding their insurances and safety standards. We also work closely with a risk management company who provide services to our groups and also train our staff.
